NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t been loving our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through the Yellow Coffin website or one of our Yellow Coffin retail locations, you can return it anytime within one year (365 days) of receipt of purchase.

 

What You Need To Know

Return any product within 365 days and get a full refund!

 

We do not offer refunds on empty products.  We reserve the right to determine when a product is considered empty.

We do not offer partial refunds/returns. Products purchased as a bundle or a box must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.

We can only offer one refund per subscription box per year. Additional returned subscription boxes will qualify for store credit if all other return conditions are met.

We understand that sometimes you may want to try a product again, and we definitely want you to be confident in doing that, but we can only offer a refund one (1) time per product per year (365 days from return date).

Maybe you want to try a product a few times as you’ve aged or your skin has changed. Go for it! We are happy to help with that return if you still end up not loving it, but do note that we have a lifetime return policy per product of 3 times. In other words, as a customer, you can buy and return the same product up to three (3)  times.  After that, we’ll be unable to assist with further returns.

Return what you want up to $1000 per year.  We do have a refund cap of $100 of product per year per customer. HOWEVER, you can still make returns after that cap has been met for store credit up to $1,000 per year per customer.

 

How To Make A Return

Send us an email at returns@yellowcoffin.com and our team will authorize the return and get back to you with the return address.

To expedite your return please include the following information in your email:

Proof of purchase and order number.

Number of products you’d like to return.

Name(s) of products you’d like to return.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Returned products are your responsibility until they arrive back at Yellow Coffin and we confirm their arrival.

Though it’s not required, we recommend purchasing tracking services.  Passing the tracking information along to our team will allow us to better anticipate the arrival, but it can also be helpful for your records if you need to contact us about your return. Please note, Yellow Coffin does not incur the cost of postage/shipping for returns.

It is very important you contact us prior to sending returns so we can locate your order and authorize the return.  We will not offer refunds on items returned without prior contact. Items returned incorrectly will not be sent back to you or refunded.

 

REFUNDS

Returns are typically processed within 12 business days of receiving the product.

All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. No, we can not send the refund to a different source, please do not even ask, it is not possible.

Also please note that we are unable to refund shipping & handling costs. And all sales products will be refunded at the amount they were purchased for, not their normal or current retail price.

 

STORE CREDIT

When ineligible for a refund, store credit may be offered.  This credit may be in the form of a coupon for the amount. All store credit expires one year after the return.

 

THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of Yellow Coffin. Please contact the retailer in question for their return policies.

 

FAIR USE

We stand by our products and want to give you options to try our products without risk, however, we will not tolerate abuse of our return policy.  Abuse of the policy may lead to your account being banned from making returns. Abuse is determined by an abnormal pattern of return activity or behavior.

Yellow Coffin maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. Yellow Coffin also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund for any reason. Yellow Coffin maintains and reserves the right to change or alter or return policy at any time for any reason.
